TRAINING OPTIONS

FITNESS PROGRAM

This program is a combination of compound movements, bodybuilding style movements, and conditioning to bring you the best result when it comes to overall feel, body composition, and strength.  This program follows a progressive overload and hypotrophy style of training to give us the best result in building muscle and helping to lose body fat. 

1 ON 1 SESSIONS

These are done at our home, one hour long following either my fitness training style or the Olympic lifting style. We will customize your sessions to the result that you are looking for. 

OLYMPIC LIFTING PROGRAM

This programming focuses on the athlete looking to increase their movement and strength in the Olympic lifts. I follow a progressive overload style of training so each week will get a bit heavier until we peak. Generally, I offer 6- and 8-week cycles, but customize to have you peak for a comp if that is your goal. 

SMALL GROUP SESSIONS

Will take up to 3 clients together at a time, 1 hour session following my fitness training style or Olympic lifting style of training. Will work around the results you are trying to achieve. 

ZOOM TRAINING

For the person that cant come for a 1 on 1, wants to get in the training but needs the guidance or motivation! This can be a full hour training session OR can be a session if you are looking for technique work in any of your lifts.
